Activist project that works in various fields related to digital rights and web democracy: internet neutrality; privacy; free culture; knowledge and information; transparency mechanisms, participation and public control of power and institutions; defence of citizen journalism for the right to know, inform and be informed; the legal, technical and communication fight against corruption, and technopolitics understood as web practice and action for citizen empowerment, justice and social transformation.

The project was launched in 2008 in Barcelona with the name EXGAE, specialising in free culture and the defence of citizens against the abuses of copyright monopolies; work that continues to the present day, involved in the analysis and fight against secret negotiations of various Free Trade deals, the defence of the use of the internet as a tool to improve democratic quality and against curtailments of civil rights by those in power and governments that are enemies of the internet in the post-revelatory international scenario of Snowden.
