Democracies Under Control series. Cyberwar and cybersecurity with Big Data?
Our use of the internet characterises our daily lives, within the context of a world in which security forms the basis that makes development possible, including in cyberspace, which was not designed for this reason. It is necessary to place emphasis on cyberdefence discussing the use of force in cyberspace and for questions such as legitimate defence and the problem of cybernetic weapons.
The last discussion in the series organised by the Ernest Lluch Foundation and Palau Macaya, which analyses questions such as digital-capitalism surveillance, ICT control of democratic participation, (dis)information and cybersecurity under Big Data.
With Margarita Robles Carrillo and Ángel Gómez de Ágred.
