Marta Peirano
(Madrid, 1975)
Spanish writer and journalist who specialises in technology. She is the co-founder of Elástico, a multidisciplinary collective with which she co-directed the COPYFIGHT project on free culture in 2005, and of CryptoParty Berlín, an initiative which revolves around privacy and security issues on the Internet. She also founded the culture sections of ADN.es andeldiario.es, where she has been assistant director for two years. She is currently on leave, writing a book about digital feudalism. She also gives workshops, courses and talks around the world on infrastructures, surveillance and the climate crisis.
