Ferran Requejo

Professor of political science at the Pompeu Fabra University (Barcelona), where he is the director of the Political Theory Research Group. His fields of research are political philosophy, theories of democracy, federalism, plurinational democracies and political liberalism and social democracy since the Second World War. Has received several research awards: Rudolf Wildenmann Prize (ECPR, 1997) and Ramon Trias Fargas (2002). Is currently a member of the Advisory Council for National Transition, a director of the Una inmersión rápida collection published by Tibidabo edicions, and works with the Spanish/Catalan newspapers La Vanguardia and ARA, as well as international media.
