Carles Muro
(Barcelona, 1964)
Architect from the Barcelona School of Architecture (ETSAB). In the course of his studies he worked with Elías Torres and José A. Martínez Lapeña in Barcelona, and later with Álvaro Siza in Porto, before setting out on his freelance career as an architect in 1993. He has been on the editorial board of various publications and directed the “Pre-Textos de Arquitectura” collection. Between 1993 and 2015 he had a busy teaching career at the ETSAB. He has also lectured at the Architectural Association School of Architecture in London (Master’s Unit, 1996-1998) and the Graduate School of Design Harvard University (2013-2018). He currently runs the architecture programmes at the Serralves Museum in Porto.
